1 - Physical requirements for all field positions:
This position requires an ability to perform tasks on all areas and aspects of the construction project with a wide variety of tools, mostly outdoors, and potentially in hot or cold temperatures, in wind, rain, snow, dust, or mud. In areas with high noise, or other less comfortable conditions. the position requires considerable use of your arms, legs, and moving your whole body to climb ladders for heights of up to 40 feet, crawl a distance of 50 feet, walk up and down stairs for a height of 3 stories. It also requires an ability to lift, manipulate, and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds for a distance of 50 feet, and work in awkward positions such as kneeling, crouching, stooping, or bent-over for extended periods.
