Manufacturing

The project involved construction of a microchip component manufacturing facility with computer controlled process lines and an electronics clean room assembly area. This project was a Cost-Plus Design/Build contract that grew in scope as the plans were completed. Operation of the plant continued on a 24-hour basis during construction.

This project is the largest government paint and blast facility in the Pacific region of the United States. It involved construction of five buildings that will be used to sandblast and paint ship parts for submarines and other vessels for the Navy. This project was performed in the high-security "Controlled Industrial Area" of Pearl Harbor.

A 90,000 square foot Naval facility used primarily for storage of incoming and outgoing military freight. Other uses are considered top secret.
