Office BuildingsNINIGRET XISalt Lake City, Utahview detailsThis project is 94,000 square feet of flexible plug-and-play office space. The building offers raised floors for flexible design options, under-floor heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, air supply, and a plug-and-play electrical distribution system.
JOSEPH SMITH MEMORIAL BUILDING RENOVATIONSalt Lake City, Utahview detailsConstructed in 1911, the renovation of this 480,000 square foot building consisted of major demolition and structural upgrading to comply with current building and seismic design codes. Existing foundations were upgraded and new structural concrete walls were installed throughout the building. The interior underwent a complete remodel, including the completely renovated Grand Lobby, a large screen theatre, a chapel, a computer center, office and meeting space, and a restaurant. A four-level subterranean parking garage was also added. The Hotel's terra-cotta exterior was fully restored and the conversion to office and meeting space effectively preserved the historical landmark.
US COAST GUARD OPERATIONS/COMMUNICATION ADMINISTRATION CENTEROahu, Hawaiiview detailsThis project consisted of a new operations, communications, administration, and storage facility of the Central Pacific Command of the United States Coast Guard. Included in this construction was a high security communications/cryptographic room with access flooring. Several warehouse buildings contained asbestos that needed to be removed to make way for the new building.
US ROBOTICSSalt Lake City, Utahview detailsThe project involved construction of a microchip component manufacturing facility with computer controlled process lines and an electronics clean room assembly area. This project was a Cost-Plus Design/Build contract that grew in scope as the plans were completed. Operation of the plant continued on a 24-hour basis during construction.
