Bodell's Design/Build Service allows our clients a one-stop shopping alternative (similar to Construction Management) where our professionals ensure complete project delivery, including the design and construction phases of a project, by leveraging our relationships with some of the best design professionals in the industry, including architects and engineers, as well as major equipment and system vendors.

This mitigates the natural friction that can exist between contractors, construction managers, and designers; and instead creates a proactive, client-focused effort, which can be much more rewarding and productive for all involved. As a single point-of-contact, Bodell Construction takes responsibility for it all, including a Value Engineering service to ensure a project is priced within the budget constraints our clients need.

Going beyond, Bodell Construction can take on a complete, concept-to-completion responsibility for any client and provide high-quality, safety-centered, timely construction within the budget constraints of our clients.
