This project consisted of a new truck dump facility and relocation of the primary crusher, apron feeder and control tower weighing over 150,000 tons. The scope of work included the construction of a 58 foot high cast-in-place concrete retaining wall system, a massive dump pocket, crusher foundations, over 1,000 linear feet of overland conveyor, and all associated electrical, mechanical and piping. All work was completed on schedule while the mine remained in operation.

The project consisted of construction services for the piping and mechanical work. The project has 3 locations each about 3 miles apart on the property. The work involved installing a new gyratory crusher and its associated support equipment and piping. It also included the piping, mechanical and equipment work at the new truck shop (for 400 Ton haul trucks), truck wash facility, and lube room. This work also incorporated the piping and mechanical for the CIL tanks in the process building and the pregnant and barren systems.

The Yankee Gulch project involved the supply and installation of 9,000 cubic yards of concrete for the complete construction of the product storage silos, tunnels, loadout facilities, and the process building.

This project consisted of the installation of a new truck dump, a new CMP tunnel and conveyors, a new radial stacker and new reclaim conveyors.

This Design/Build project consisted of the complete design, supply and installation of approximately 15,000 lineal feet of 48" overland conveyance, dustless transfers, truck dump and stacking systems, including civil and structural placement.

The Cortez Pipeline construction project included the installation, commissioning and start-up of a 3,000 TPD gold recovery plant. The facilities include grinding, flotation, refining, tailings circuits, ball and sag mill, process piping and conveying. Construction also included approximately 1,000 tons of structural steel, four elevated pre-engineering MCC electrical rooms, 300 HP agitators and process screen.

The Dugout Canyon Mine Surface Facility included all civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work. The installation of foundations, 1,500 tons of structural steel, five material conveyors, crushing and truck loadout facilities were included in this project. Mining activities continued throughout the construction of the facility.

Construction of the OCI Wyoming Unit 6 Project consisted of a soda ash facility, including the installation of all civil construction, underground utility piping, and approximately 14,000 cubic yards of concrete.

This project consisted of construction of the Clinker Storage Building foundation which included site grading, backfill, reinforcing steel and embeds. Project also required dismantling, relocation and placement of the Kiln shell to be used as a conveyor tunnel.
