What Sets Us Apart

Bodell Construction is a multi-disciplined, industrial contracting firm that has what it takes to complete the most time sensitive, high quality projects throughout the United States and the Hawaiian Islands.

Since 1972, Bodell’s family-owned operation has used their industry-specific experience to focus on long-term, meaningful solutions for their diverse portfolio of clients.

Our Values

Reliablity

Comprehensive Pre-Construction Services are designed to serve the client and ensure that accurate pricing and smooth project operations characterize the work experience of the project. The right decisions made in the early stages of the project cycle translate into favorable results and the establishment of good client relationships.

Strength

Internal performance expectations are set very high at Bodell. We consistently deliver thanks to our outstanding employee roster and remarkable subcontractor and supplier relationships. We can enhance a property’s value by providing assistance with functional design, visual aesthetics, and environmental sustainability from the outset. Our extensive subcontractor database enables us to minimize cost and expedite the project schedule for the client’s benefit.

Safety

We take pride in having safety standards that exceed federal OSHA and MSHA regulations.

Flexibility

By self-performing many scopes of building work, this affords us the unique opportunity to: have direct control of the field crews; to manage the schedule; provide a flexible response to scope changes; and control the building systems that would ordinarily be subcontracted to others.

Execution

A unique client-contractor relationship gives our team members greater accountability through the entire duration of a project by having a direct influence on key components of project success such as scheduling, pricing, permitting, and constructability early in the project cycle. Bodell utilizes the latest software and training for contract, schedule, document, and financial management. Success in a general contracting relationship hinges on effective team management, strong relationships and oversight of the job’s supply-chain, pro-active involvement of the project’s stakeholders and a well-defined design with very few changes.
