Bodell Construction provides a reporting hotline for employees to anonymously report any of the following incidents.
The following are examples of proper uses of the We listen; We Act hotline:
- Alcohol and Substance Abuse
- Bribery and Kickbacks
- Conduct Violations
- Conflict of Interest
- Discrimination
- Environmental Abuse
- Ethical Violations
- Falsification of Contract, Reports or Records
- Fraud
- Improper Conduct
- Misuse of Company Property
- Sexual Harassment
- Theft and Embezzlement
- Poor Workmanship or Service
- Unsafe/Unhealthy Working Conditions
- Vandalism and Sabotage
- Violation of Company Policy
- Violation of The Law
- Wrongful Discharge
The following already have an established reporting process and would be an improper use of the hotline:
- General grievances regarding schedule, discipline, or other working conditions
- Human Resource-Related Questions
- Jobsite Accidents or Injuries
- Payroll Questions
Regular business issues and matters not requiring anonymity should be directed to the employee’s supervisor or HR department.

Reports are submitted by Lighthouse to the company’s designee, and may or may not be investigated at the sole discretion of the company. Although we will not disclose your identity without your express permission, it is possible that your identity may be discovered during an investigation of the matter reported because of information you have provided.
