The Rodeo Paste Fill Plant produces backfill materials used to fill the voids in the underground mine after the ore is removed from Rodeo underground mine. Backfill is a mixture of cement, fly ash, admix, and various sized aggregate which is produced by the surface crushing and screening plants. Conveyors and vibrating feeders, a dump hopper, and two surge bins are used to relocate the crushed aggregate in and out of stockpiles.

Project included all site work including site utilities and excavation. Pouring foundation, installing structural support steel on the interior of the structure, and three-story suspended slabs. Work also included all interior piping, mechanical, and electrical work.
